We offer you only the finest garden products, so if you're unsatisfied with any product return it with your original receipt, we'll gladly exchange it or refund you're money. We'll even guarantee the shipment, if it's lost or damaged due to shipping, we'll gladly do the same. Greengate is committed to offering you superior products, we back up that statement by ensuring you are satisfied with the products you buy.
If you find that you are unsatisfied with a shipment or product simply e-mail us at: store@greengate.ca or call 1-403-256-1212 during business hours and we'll get you the information on how to get it back to us! We'll replace, refund, or if you choose we'll give you a credit toward your next purchase. All items must be brought to us with your original receipt before a refund, or credit is given.
