We at greengate are committed to the quality of our trees, shrubs, and evergreens, offering a full one-year guarantee with standard care. If, despite your best efforts in proper planting, fertilizing, and watering, your greenery doesn't thrive, we'll provide a store credit for the original purchase price. Enhance this guarantee to five years by purchasing Myke with your tree or shrub.

Tree/Shrub Return Policy: Starting June 1st, we accept returns for trees and shrubs. This date accounts for spring's unpredictable weather, which can delay some plants' emergence from dormancy. What might seem like a lost cause could simply be a plant waiting for its moment to shine. This policy ensures we're only returning plants that genuinely need it, giving each one a fair chance to demonstrate its resilience.

Perennials, vines, and tea roses are guaranteed for their first season only, due to their specific care needs; no over-winter guarantee is provided.

Indoor houseplants are backed by a sixty-day guarantee. If, despite your best efforts in proper planting, fertilizing, and watering, your greenery doesn't thrive, we'll provide a store credit for the original purchase price.

Due to their delicate nature, seasonal flowering houseplants, annuals, bonsai, citrus, carnivorous, vegetables, herbs and orchids are not covered by our guarantee.

Sale items and end-of-season trees, shrubs, or tropical plants are credited at the sale price only.

A store credit return requires the item in question and your original greengate receipt. Please note, replacements provided under our guarantee are not further guaranteed.
